Due to the events of the last few days, Austin Hearing Services is closely monitoring the Corona Virus (COVID-19) situation and taking further precautionary action. Austin Hearing Services is aware of the problems created by the Corona virus Disease (COVID-19). Our first priority is the health and safety of our Customers, and Staff.
Our hearts go out to everyone who has been personally impacted by the Corona Virus and hope that they can stay in a safe environment.
All of our employees are working carefully to reduce the risk of any potential spreading.
We understand that many are taking the necessary precautions to reduce their risk. We recommend for our patients to follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We are taking the following precautionary measures:
a. Wash hands between each patient for at least 20 seconds with soap and water
b. Wiped down common areas frequently, using a professional-grade disinfectant.
c. Use a hospital-grade disinfectant and deodorizer to sanitize the air and disinfect surfaces throughout the day to kill viruses, bacteria, and mold
d. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office for general use.
e. Dividing patient into larger areas.
f. Not Feeling Well, Please Stay Home.
g. In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, we ask that everyone self quarantine
h. Ask Questions prior to your visit.
i. We will be calling customers to confirm their appointments and address any additional questions they may have. Should a customer’s circumstances change, we can assess the situation and reschedule the appointment if necessary.
j. No Un-required People accompanying you on your visit.
If you bring them with you we will ask them to wait in the main lobby of the Citadel.
Austin Hearing Services has instrumented the following changes to help those whom have hearing aids that want to greater insure their safety in this challenging times.
a. We are offering to set-up patients with the new “Tele-Audiology” system allowing patients the ability to have an office visit for adjustments remotely.
b. We are still offering Clean & Check Services as a drop off services
c. We are offering greatly discounted new hearing aids that can be set-up for “Tele-Audiology at $ 4,000.00.
