TeleCare allows the user to be anywhere and we can make real time adjustments and changes to the Nx line of hearing aids. No more requirement for office visits. TeleCare now includes video for an additional level of assistance. Signia TeleCare has simplified remote patient hearing care. TeleCare provides for a quicker response and for greater flexibility, TeleCare is another advantage of Signia Nx technology.
Pure 312 Nx
Pure 312 Nx Signia is a Receiver In the Canal (RIC) hearing aid with a size 312 battery and Nx technology. The size 312 battery provides for a slimmer case. The Pure 312 Nx has direct connection to the iPhone and connection to Android via the Stream Line Mic. The user can take calls and listen to music directly into the Pure 312 Nx. It has Signia’s patented Own Voice Processing and is IP 68 rated, essentially making it waterproof. With Signia Stream Line TV you can listen to TV in Dolby Digital stereo sound. Using the myControl app with the Signia Pure 312 Nx you can control the Nx features. With the app the user can control volume, the Spatial Configuration, Sound Balance, change programs and more. The App also monitors the wearer’s environment and using the cell phone’s motion sensors provides the best possible hearing when on the move.
Pure Charge & Go Nx is a fully rechargeable hearing aid using Lithium Ion Wireless Inductive Charger technology. After just 30 minute charge Signia Pure Charge&Go Nx will last for 6 hours. With just a 3 hour charge they will last all day. There is no need to worry about changing batteries, because Pure Charge & Go Nx doesn’t have a battery door. It is a Receiver in the Canal (RIC) hearing aid with Own Voice Processing patented technology. The Pure Charge & Go Nx has direct connection to the iPhone and connection to Android via the StreamLine Mic. The user can take calls and listen to music directly into the Signia Siemens Pure Charge & Go Nx. With Signia StreamLine TV you can listen to TV in Dolby Digital stereo sound. With Signia StreamLine TV you can listen to TV in Dolby Digital stereo sound. Using the myControl App with the Signia Siemens Pure 13 Nx you can control the Nx features. Motion 13 Nx
Motion 13 Nx Signia is a Behind the Ear (BTE) hearing aid with a size 13 battery and Nx technology. It has the option of a Telecoil. The Motion 13P Nx model is the Power version for people with severe and profound hearing loss. As part of the Nx technology it includes the patented Only One Voice Processing. The Signia Motion 13 Nx has direct connection to the iPhone and connection to Android via the StreamLine Mic. The user can take calls and listen to music directly into the Motion 13 Nx. With Signia StreamLine TV you can listen to TV in Dolby Digital stereo sound. Using the myControl App with the Signia Siemens Motion 13 Nx you can control the Nx features. Insio Nx
Insio Nx by Signia is a Custom hearing aid, available in CIC and IIC styles. The Nx 3-D Classifier analyzes multidimensional data from the wearer’s environment and tailors the hearing aid’s response. Sound Clarity provides lifelike sound which covers a full sound spectrum and includes extended dynamic range and extended bandwidth. Signia Insio Nx also benefits from Echo Shield, HD Music and eWindscreen. Ultra HD e2e allows the full bandwidth of sound to be transferred from one ear to the other. Siemens Insio Nx is compatible with the CROS Silk Nx. The CIC CROS capability is a world’s first. Nx Technology is the next step forward from Primax. Signia Siemens Nx provides the most natural best speech understanding in noise. Speech Quality is further improved providing the best understanding of speech in noise using Ultra HD e2e, Binaural OneMic directionality.
Pure 10 Nx
Pure 10 Nx is a Receiver In the Canal (RIC) hearing aid with a size 10 battery and it’s main attribute is its small size. The size 10 battery provides for a slimmer case. The downside is that a size 10 battery lasts approximately 40% less than a size 312 battery. Using the myHearing app with the Signia Siemens Pure 10 Nx you can control the Nx features. There is no need to worry about moisture, sweat, dust or dirt because the Signia Siemens Pure 10 Nx is IP 68 rated allowing it to be immersed in 3 feet of water indefinitely. Signia Siemens Nx technology provides improved speech understanding in noise. Nx has a new processor that is 60% faster and 40% smaller while processing 500 million instructions per second.
This means that sound is clear and more accurate. The 3-D Classifier analyzes your environment and tailors the hearing aid’s response to the wearer’s needs. It also includes extended dynamic range and extended bandwidth so that music sounds natural. Because of its size it does not include several of the Nx features. Pure 10 Nx does not include Own Voice Processing (OVP), Echo Shield, eWindScreen, Ultra HD e2e wireless connectivity, narrow directionality, Spatial SpeechFocus and TwinPhone. It also does not include Bluetooth capabilities or audio streaming and it is not rechargeable. The Pure 10 Nx gives up many features for its small size. The Pure 10 Nx replaces the Ace Prime

Echo Shield softens the reflected sound and provides for a better sound quality with reduced listening effort.
Twin Phone recognizes that your using the phone and wirelessly transmits the phone call to both ears, thus reducing effort and improving listening quality.
Waterproof the RIC and BTE models are ip68 rated, essentially making this hearing aid waterproof, sweat proof and dirt proof. The hearing aids can be immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without damage to the instrument. The Cellion is IP 68 rated this means it can be immersed in 1 meter of water indefinitely.
Tinnitus Therapy is included in each level of the Primax hearing instrument technology.
TeleCare with Nx allows for remote real-time complete hearing aid adjustments and changes. Thus office visits are no longer required.
